|Recommended: YesA great place to live — I have loved living here for 3 years. The apartment is spacious and lovely, I barely hear my neighbors, and the staff is super friendly and responsive. I've never had a problem with bugs or mold.
Only a few cons my car has been broken into several times, and the street lights outside are not promptly replaced. I'm also sad they removed the hedges from around the pool, now it feels very exposed and like you are sunbathing in a parking lot.

|Recommended: YesI'm enjoying my first week at Westbury — I have been here for 5 days now and I am enjoying the layout of the apartment. The staff has been very pleasant and it is very peaceful here. There is plenty of parking and the neighbors stay to themselves but are friendly in passing.

|Recommended: YesNice property — No problems at all. My only gripe is that you only get one reserved parking spot of each apartment. Other than that no issues at all.
|Recommended: YesClean, Nice, and Affordable Apartments — Fairly spacious layouts for rooms with great sound insulation between units other than noises in stairwell being audible in the living room and vis a versa. It's not usually too bad, but front doors slamming is a regular occurrence. Nothing that other complexes don't suffer from as well.
Plenty of parking, never really an issue with that, though some residents seem to be overly engrossed in where you park how you park. The spaces are very large and roomy enough to fit trucks and vans with room to spare. If you drive a standard sized car like most seem to have, then you'll never have an issue fitting in.
The blinds in the living room are not very private, as any pet or furniture bumping into them can give anyone outside a glimpse into your dwelling, and outdoor sounds are audible as well, though this is typical in most patio door situations. I recommend getting a very large curtain if you value privacy in your living areas as the vertical blinds are wont to fall off or move around much too easily.
All of that is mostly nitpicking as the rooms are excellent quality and appliances are good enough to get you through daily life. No real issues with the units themselves and the complex is a tremendous value in this area of Richmond. Staff are all very friendly and easy to reach and talk to. Willing to make tenants happy even for relatively small issues.

Parking is horrible One resident pass per apartment, second car parks is visitor parking which is insanely full at all hours.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place to Live — I moved in the at the end of Oct. 2017. Moving here was the best moving decision I've every made. The rent here is reasonable, the neighborhood is quiet, and the staff is great. I love the hardwood floors and the balcony is a luxury I didn't have before.
