Pet Policy

$300.00 non refundable pet fee for the first pet.
$200.00 non-refundable pet fee for the second pet.
$20.00 per pet per month for pet rent in addition to the monthly rental amount.
Two dogs permitted per home with a maximum of three pets per home.
Non aggressive dogs - We do a meet and great with your dog to test his/her temperament to ensure they show no signs of aggression. In addition, we require a valid copy of your pet(s) rabies vaccine, as well as a photo of your pet(s) to have on file. Weight limits may apply, especially for upstairs apartments.
